Andrew Horrocks is a highly-accomplished investment banking professional with over 25 years of experience advising and financing public and private companies, governments, financial sponsors, and family offices in connection with dozens of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, public and private debt and equity financings, and restructurings, spanning multiple industries and sectors of the global economy, with a particular focus on the transportation sector. Most recently, he was Global Head of the Transportation and Automotive Group at Credit Suisse and was a member of the firm’s Investment Banking Committee. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Horrocks was a Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank from 1999 to 2009. His clients have included American Airlines, Case New Holland, the Federal and Provincial Governments of Canada, CSX, Federal Mogul, Fiat, Ford Motor Company, Gaslog, General Motors, Rockwell, Seaspan, Teekay, and Textron, among many others.
