Blair Mutschler leads Rose & Company’s business development efforts and strategic partnerships, focusing on attracting new clients globally with an emphasis on the U.S. market. In his role as a senior client relationship manager, Mr. Mutschler oversees a sizeable portion of the firm’s portfolio, advising clients on the development and implementation of strategic investor outreach programs to attract and engage high-quality, long-term investors.

Since joining Rose & Company in 2018, Mr. Mutschler has played a pivotal role in structuring the firm’s processes for investor access and scaling operations, significantly contributing to the firm’s growth and success. His forward-thinking approach to client service has helped to implement a client-centric approach that is inherently collaborative, with a philosophy that teamwork and collective effort are essential to achieve successful outcomes.

Blair Mutschler brings a wealth of experience to Rose & Company, having joined the firm after having spent decades on Wall Street in equity sales at Morgan Stanley and Barclays. As the Head of the Global Research Sales Desk, he managed relationships with global investors. His role at Barclays was marked by the successful establishment and leadership of a sales team dedicated to promoting the firm’s platform and connecting corporate issuers with institutional investors worldwide. Prior to his achievements at Barclays, Mr. Mutschler honed his expertise at Morgan Stanley, where he spent a decade within the institutional Equity Research Sales group. His responsibilities included managing key institutional relationships with mutual fund and hedge fund investors.
