Our team is primarily comprised of senior-level professionals from prominent financial institutions such as JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, and Deutsche Bank as well from European specialty banks like Kepler Cheuvreux and Berenberg. Simon Rose
Chief Executive Officer
Simon Rose is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Rose & Company. Drawing from his 25-year tenure on Wall Street, Mr. Rose recognized a pivotal shift in the capital markets characterized by evolving regulatory and budgetary pressures that disrupted the traditional equity sales model and founded Rose & Company. Since its inception in 2015, Rose & Company has addressed critical inefficiencies and a misalignment of interests inherent in traditional corporate access channels to deliver a unique value proposition to corporate clients. Driven by a deep commitment to client needs and a passion for building businesses, Mr. Rose has been innovating in the financial services industry to respond to market demands for nearly three decades.
In 2004, Mr. Rose co-founded Dahlman Rose & Company where he served as Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, the firm became a top 20 U.S. investment bank, executing over 100 securities offerings raising $10 billion in capital for both public and private companies, and played a pivotal role in numerous high-profile M&A transactions, including the largest public company acquisition in the marine transportation sector's history. The firm expanded from a two-person business to a team of over 200 professionals and expanded its research coverage from a single sector to over 20 sectors before being acquired by Cowen & Company (now part of TD Securities) in April 2013.

Robert Brinberg
President
Mr. Brinberg is the President and Co-Founder of Rose & Company. He oversees the firm’s corporate advisory group and is head of its investor day practice. Mr. Brinberg works closely with our client relationship management and our investor outreach and engagement teams to develop and implement strategic investor outreach programs and craft compelling investment narratives on behalf of our clients.
Mr. Brinberg has over 20 years of capital markets experience. He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Dahlman Rose & Company until the firm was sold to Cowen & Company (now part of TD Securities) in April 2013. At Dahlman Rose, Mr. Brinberg built and then managed all operating functions throughout its evolution, from startup to sale. The functional areas he oversaw included Technology & Systems, Finance, Reporting, Compliance, Human Resources, Trade Operations and Facilities. He was also responsible for the firm’s marketing, corporate access and media relations efforts. A member of Dahlman Rose’s Executive Committee, Mr. Brinberg also served as Chairman of its Administrative Committee and the secretary of the Board of Managers of the firm’s parent company.
Blair Mutschler
Partner
Mr. Mutschler is a Partner at Rose & Company and a member of the firm’s executive management team. He is responsible for overseeing our investor outreach and engagement programs and also advises clients on the development and implementation of strategic investor outreach programs designed to identify and engage with suitable high-quality, long-term investors.
Mr. Mutschler spent over two decades on Wall Street in equity sales prior to joining Rose & Company. Most recently, he served as the Head of the Global Sales Deck at Barclays, where he managed relationships with the firm’s largest asset management clients. Prior to Barclays, Mr. Mutschler was the Vice President of Institutional Equity Sales at Morgan Stanley.

Brian Smith
Managing Director
Mr. Smith advises clients on the development and implementation of strategic investor outreach programs designed to identify and engage with suitable high-quality, long-term investors. He leverages over three decades of capital markets experience, industry expertise, and longstanding relationships in the institutional investment community to help drive investor engagement on behalf of the firm’s clients.
Mr. Smith joined Rose & Company from Barclays, where he was a Director in the firm’s Institutional Equity sales team and had primary responsibility for the firm’s U.S.-based Canadian institutional sales desk and served as the primary liaison between Barclay’s Corporate Access team and Canadian issuers. He joined Barclays in 2012 from RBC Capital Markets, where he worked for the prior 20-year period. At RBC Capital Markets, he was a Managing Director in charge of the firm’s New York based Canadian sales desk and a member of the Operating Committee.

Shawna Giust
Managing Director
Ms. Giust advises clients on the development and implementation of strategic investor outreach programs designed to identify and engage with suitable high-quality, long-term investors. She has significant experience marketing corporates, particularly those domiciled outside of the U.S. to institutional investors.
Ms. Giust has over 15 years of capital markets experience with a particular focus on non-U.S. corporates. She joined Rose & Company from Kepler Cheuvreux, where she was a senior institutional salesperson focused on European equities. In this capacity, she established and maintained broad client relationships with top tier institutional investors throughout North America. Ms. Giust was previously a founding member of Berenberg Capital Markets’ U.S. institutional sales team, where she held broad responsibilities, including marketing corporate issuers across 25 sectors to the firm’s institutional investor clients.

Peter Smith
Managing Director
Mr. Smith has a wealth of capital markets experience spanning four decades and, brings a unique perspective to his role, having held diverse responsibilities in both sell-side sales management and corporate access, along with a background in buy-side research and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Rose & Company, Mr. Smith worked at Barclays, where he served as Managing Director, U.S Head of Institutional Corporate Marketing and most recently as a Senior Relationship Manager. In that capacity, he was responsible for developing and managing corporate relationships as well as overseeing the firm’s U.S. based dedicated sector teams. Mr. Smith was also equity liaison to the NYSE based Barclays Market Makers unit. Mr. Smith joined Barclays following the firm’s acquisition of Lehman Brothers in 2009. At Lehman, he was elected Managing Director in 2001 and jointly managed the firm’s New York institutional equity sales desk while overseeing the equity desk’s initial corporate access efforts.

Lori Wasserman
Managing Director
Ms. Wasserman advises clients on the development and implementation of strategic investor outreach programs designed to identify and engage with suitable high-quality, long-term investors.
Ms. Wasserman has over 25 years of capital markets experience, including roles on both the buy-side and the sell-side. She joined Rose & Company from Tellson Securities, where she was a Managing Director responsible for raising private capital for emerging growth and mid-sized companies. Prior to Tellson, she served as Chief Operating Officer and a Partner of TC Partners, a long/short equity hedge fund. Ms. Wasserman’s institutional equity sales experience spans over two decades. Most recently, she served as an Executive Director at Nomura Securities. Prior to Nomura, she served in institutional sales roles at JPMorgan, Bear Stearns, and Lehman Brothers, managing institutional relationships with large mutual funds, sovereign wealth funds, and hedge funds.

James Laverty
Managing Director
Mr. Laverty drives strategic investor outreach programs to attract and engage high-quality, long-term investors. He has over two decades of capital markets experience spanning buy-side and sell-side roles. Prior to joining Rose & Company, he was a Portfolio Manager in Morgan Stanley’s Private Banking Group and also served as an Industrials analyst at Scudder Investments. Mr. Laverty previously ran the San Francisco equity sales desk for Dahlman Rose & Company (acquired by Cowen & Company). Mr. Laverty received his BA in Economics from Penn State where he earned the All-American distinction in lacrosse for three years and was named to the 1990 USA World Lacrosse Team.

Tara Miller
Managing Director

Ms. Miller brings over 25 years of experience in institutional equity sales. Previously, she served as a Director of Institutional Equity Sales at Cowen and Company for eight years, where she managed top-tier mutual fund and hedge fund relationships across North America. Ms. Miller began her career at UBS, where she was a Vice President in the Institutional Equity Research Sales Group and marketed corporate issuers across 20+ sectors to the firm’s institutional investor clients.

Doug Cooper
Managing Director
Mr. Cooper helps our clients effectively communicate with the investment community. Working alongside our investor outreach and engagement team, he leverages investor feedback to deliver valuable, actionable insight to our clients. Mr. Cooper is also actively involved in various client projects, including messaging audits, presentation development, and investor days.
Prior to joining Rose & Company, Mr. Cooper worked in investor relations consulting roles at FTI Consulting and Corbin Advisors. He has spent the majority of his career as an equity covering various industries at Goldman Sachs, UBS, and Deutsche Bank
Mr. Cooper has an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University.

Jeanette Ventura
Managing Director

Ms. Ventura joined Rose & Company from Cantor Fitzgerald, where she served as Managing Director, Head of Midwest and Texas Institutional Sales. Prior to Cantor Fitzgerald, Ms. Ventura spent nearly two decades at Morgan Stanley as an Executive Director in institutional equity sales, where she managed large global asset manager relationships.

David O'Brian

Mr. O’Brian has over two decades of experience as a Managing Director of Institutional Sales and Equity Capital Markets in Boston, having worked at William Blair, Cantor Fitzgerald, Jefferies, and Robertson Stephens. Mr. O’Brian's responsibilities have included product management and facilitating client interactions with mutual funds, hedge funds, and private equity clients across Boston, Canada, and the Midwest.

Sarah Port
Managing Director
Ms. Port advises clients on the development and implementation of strategic investor outreach programs designed to identify and engage with suitable high-quality, long-term investors. She has significant experience marketing corporates, particularly those domiciled outside of the U.S. to institutional investors.
Ms. Port joined Rose & Company after a 15+ year tenure as a founding member of the pan-European investment bank, Liberum. At Liberum, she led the Corporate Access Team while also serving as an institutional equity salesperson for the southern U.S. region. Ms. Port was instrumental in both establishing Liberum’s U.K. office and launching its U.S. business, where she built and maintained deep relationships with top-tier mutual funds, sovereign wealth funds, and hedge funds across the U.S. Ms. Port began her career at Bloomberg before moving to Credit Agricole Cheuvreux, where she worked in their prime brokerage team.

Simon Willcocks

With a career spanning almost 20 years in corporate communications and investor relations, Simon Willcocks brings a wealth of expertise to his role as a trusted advisor in the energy and extractive industries. In prior roles at ICR, Inc. and Sard, Verbinnen & Co., Mr. Willcocks played a pivotal role in building energy-sector businesses, establishing his identity as a 'go-to' industry counsel. He previously work in strategy at Hess Corporation, where he led contract relations and commercial negotiations across EMEA, and provided portfolio analysis and corporate strategy to leadership teams.
Scott Grossman
Managing Director
Scott Grossman joined Rose & Company at its inception in 2015 and is responsible for the firm’s data analytic and reporting capabilities. He has developed and maintains a wide variety of data-driven tools to support the firm’s investor outreach and engagement efforts, including the firm’s proprietary investor targeting and qualification system and a variety of reports to monitor and report progress on investor engagement efforts.
Mr. Grossman has over 15 years of experience developing and deploying data analytic and reporting platforms in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Rose & Company, he was a Product Manager at MiddleLink Technologies, a software company that provides turnkey middle office solutions to automate the capture and analysis of trade data for institutional investors, proprietary trading firms, and agency broker dealers. Prior to MiddleLink, he worked at Dahlman Rose & Company, where he developed and automated the firm’s business reporting and corporate access analytics platforms.
Mr. Grossman holds a BS from Cornell University’s Dyson School of Applied Economics & Management and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, with a specialization in Financial Systems & Analytics. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder.

Before transitioning to investor relations consulting, Mr. Farber was a sell-side equity research analyst at Cowen and Company and SunTrust, receiving Institutional Investor recognition.

Laura Jevons
Director
Ms. Jevons drives strategic investor outreach programs to attract and engage high-quality, long-term investors. Based in London, she plays a prominent role in devising strategic investor outreach programs to attract and engage high-quality, long-term investors located in Europe.
Ms. Jevons joined Rose & Company from Bank of America’s Corporate Broking team in London where she was responsible for UK corporate broking roadshows in the UK, the US, and the Middle East. Prior to that, she spent 15 years at Barclays and Lehman Brothers in Corporate Access and Institutional Equity Sales in London and New York. At Barclays, she played a crucial role in establishing the corporate access team and the European equity business in London in 2008, achieving a top-ranked US corporate access product in Europe.

Alyse Saliba
Vice President

Amanda Hatchett

Ms. Hatchett oversees the planning, logistics, and execution of non-deal roadshows and events for both domestic and international clients. She works closely with the firm’s investor outreach and engagement team to ensure that our clients receive excellent service and high-touch support.
Ms. Hatchett has nearly 15 years of experience in corporate access and investor relations roles. Prior to joining Rose & Company, she worked at Millennium within the Capital Development and Investor Relations team, where she supported the team’s efforts to engage with and develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors. Ms. Hatchett was a founding member of Berenberg Capital Markets’ U.S. presence, where she held broad responsibilities encompassing corporate access, event planning, and administrative management.
Claudie Lamarre
Director, Brand Marketing & Design
Ms. Lamarre oversees Rose & Company’s design team and leads the visual strategy and execution of investor presentations, investor days, and other related materials. She uniquely blends strong business acumen with advanced graphic design expertise to translate business narratives and financial data into clear, compelling visuals that align with client messaging and reinforce investment stories.
Ms. Lamarre has held diverse roles in management consulting, including most recently at KPMG, and conceptualized and designed investor presentations and sales enablement materials for multinational companies.
Ms. Lamarre holds a BBA in Marketing from Université du Québec à Montréal and a College Diploma of Visual Arts.
Joseph Saggese
Investor Relations/Client Management Associate
Mr. Saggese is responsible for developing institutional targeting reports, working closely with senior client relationship managers, and supports the creation of customized client reports and deliverables.
Prior to joining Rose & Company, Mr. Saggese was a Data and Reporting Analyst at Rabobank, where he prepared client reports for Federal Reserve exams and audit reviews and supported new client onboarding and developed production metric reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Joseph holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Finance and Investment Management from Sacred Heart University.

Grace Andonian
Associate
Ms. Andonian supports our senior client relationship managers by preparing tailored client deliverables, including performance updates and customized reports. She leverages market intelligence and shareholder analytics to streamline database operations and maintain data integrity in support of investor outreach and engagement efforts.
Previously, Ms. Andonian worked as a Research & Operations Associate at AGC Partners, a global technology investment bank focused on middle market M&A and growth equity financings.
Ms. Andonian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Government and Psychology from Wesleyan University.
Mia Magarro
Analyst
Ms. Magarro plays an integral role in supporting our senior client relationship managers by preparing comprehensive client deliverables and performance updates. She conducts routine shareholder analytics and leverages market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities, contributing to enhanced investor outreach and engagement efforts.
Ms. Magarro holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College.
Elise Mercein

Ms. Mercein supports the implementation of customized investor outreach strategies for our clients, working closely with senior client relationship managers and our investor outreach and engagement team.
Prior to joining Rose & Company, Ms. Mercein worked at AlphaSights, Inc. as a Client Service Associate on the Capital Markets team, providing advisory services to institutional investment firms sourcing information across technology, consumer goods, and healthcare sectors.
Ms. Mercein holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, specializing in Finance, from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business.
Elsa de Jounge
Analyst
Ms. de Jounge contributes to client deliverables by compiling investor feedback reports and tracking key market intelligence, including management changes, earnings results, and important developments impacting our clients. She also supports our senior client relationship managers by compiling trend reports and coordinating logistics to facilitate investor outreach and engagement efforts.
Ms. de Jounge holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Enterprise Management with a concentration in Marketing from Wake Forest University.
Rosa Trivigno
Client Services Coordinator
Ms. Trivigno supports the logistics and operational aspects of non-deal roadshow planning, facilitating meetings between corporate clients and institutional investors. She coordinates schedules, venues, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution of events across various locations.
Ms. Trivigno possesses over 15 years of professional experience in event management and marketing and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hunter College.
