Rome Arnold has been a senior investment banker to the energy industry for over 30 years. He began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he was a founding member of the Energy Group. Mr. Arnold continued his career at Credit Suisse, where he was co-head of the Energy Group, and then at Bank of America where he was head of the Energy Group. Most recently, Mr. Arnold managed oil field service coverage for the Energy Group at UBS. Mr. Arnold has been involved in numerous significant transactions as senior advisor, including the privatization of Gas del Estado in Argentina, the acquisition of UPR by Anadarko, the initial public offering of the MLP Hi-Crush Partners and most recently, the acquisition of Express Energy by Apollo.
