Shawna Giust leads the firm’s business development efforts in Europe and the UK. In her role as a senior client relationship manager, Mrs. Giust advises clients on the development and implementation of strategic investor outreach programs to attract and engage high-quality, long-term investors. 

Ms. Giust brings over 11 years of experience in capital markets, joining Rose & Company in 2021 from Kepler Cheuvreux, where she was a senior institutional salesperson focused on European equities. In this capacity, she established and maintained broad client relationships with top tier institutional investors throughout North America. Ms. Giust was previously a founding member of Berenberg Capital Markets’ US institutional sales team, where she held broad responsibilities, including marketing corporate issuers across 25 sectors to the firm’s institutional investor clients, increasing the visibility of Berenberg’s research team within the investment community as well as recruiting and training members of her team.
