Mr. Willcocks is a highly-accomplished communications professional with broad experience across investor relations, corporate positioning and strategic messaging development. He joined Rose & Company from ICR Inc., where he led the firm’s E&P and Integrated Oil practice, and prior, was a Vice President at Sard, Verbinnen & Co. where he focused on M&A communications, crisis management and shareholder activism. Trained as a UK Barrister, he also offers clients intensive public speaking and investor engagement coaching, including Regulation FD training. Mr. Willcocks spent the majority of his career in-house at Hess Corporation, both in New York as corporate strategy and investor relations advisor to the CEO and leadership team, and in London as Landman and negotiations lead for the exploration businesses in Europe, West Africa and the Middle East.
