Rose & Company was established in 2015 to provide an innovative solution to the challenges faced by corporations in an evolving capital markets landscape. Attracting long-only investors, an important driver of valuation, has become more difficult for various reasons.
Regulatory changes, in particular, have disrupted traditional corporate access methods, creating a misalignment of interests with banks. Traditional corporate access services, once comfortably managed by investment banks, are no longer adequate.
