Senior Corporate and Investor Relations Advisor Joins Strategic Advisory Firm Rose & Company

Rose & Company announced today that Angela Chang has joined the firm as a Director in the New York office.

Ms. Chang previously worked at Deutsche Bank Trust Americas, where she served as the lead New York based investor relations advisor for the firm’s Latin American and Western European American depositary receipt issuers. Prior to Deutsche Bank, she was an investor relations officer at MF Global, Inc., a U.S. financial services firm.

“We are very pleased to add a professional of Angela’s caliber with significant experience in the equity capital markets and a proven ability to implement best in class investor communications programs,” said Robert Brinberg, President of Rose & Company. “Her experience in corporate positioning and crisis communications is unique, and her broad expertise advising multi-national corporations on their strategies for interacting with U.S. capital markets participants will be a tremendous resource for our clients.”

Ms. Chang commented: “I am delighted to join a team of accomplished professionals at Rose & Company, a firm with a differentiated approach to helping corporates effectively expand their presence in the capital markets. As the investor relations function becomes increasingly complex, specialized and global, I’m looking forward to collaborating with the team to continue to expand the firm’s best-in-class platform.”

Prior to joining MF Global, Ms. Chang was a senior equity research associate analyst at RBC Capital Markets, Needham & Company and Citi, covering the small cap Industrials and Imaging technology industries.  She began her career as a member of the consumer equity research team at Alliance Capital Management.
